工程主管 Engineering Supervisor

1.确保酒店中央空调、给排水系统、污水排放系统、生活水泵房系统、泳池设备系统、锅炉系统、厨房机修设备和所有水过滤器、洗衣房设备、机修工作间和机修仓库等正常运行，确保负责的区域设施设备和机房卫生干净整洁无异味
Eensure the hotel normal operation of the central air conditioning ,water supply and drainage system, sewage discharge system, domestic water pump room system, swimming pool equipment system, boiler system, kitchen mechanical repair equipment and all water filters, laundry equipment, mechanical repair workshop and mechanical repair warehouse, and ensure that the facilities and equipment in the responsible area are clean and clean without odor
2.若工作需要时，需要服从加班或换班的安排。班次不仅只有白班，也有上中班和夜班等其它班次

3.进行员工宿舍的维修，客房维修保养，公区维修保养，设备维修保养等工作

4.协助值班工程师主导下单采购工作所需要的材料、配件、项目改造和维修的责任、义务和权力，对材料的进度需要保持和采购的沟通，确保材料能及时到货
