1.确保酒店中央空调、给排水系统、污水排放系统、生活水泵房系统、泳池设备系统、锅炉系统、厨房机修设备和所有水过滤器、洗衣房设备、机修工作间和机修仓库等正常运行，确保负责的区域设施设备和机房卫生干净整洁无异味

2.若工作需要时，需要服从加班或换班的安排。班次不仅只有白班，也有上中班和夜班等其它班次

3.进行员工宿舍的维修，客房维修保养，公区维修保养，设备维修保养等工作
