1.运用综合维修技能
apply comprehensive maintenance skills
2.能与其他工种相互配合进行员工宿舍的维修，客房维修保养，公区维修保养，设备维修保养等工作。定期巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题及时请示汇报
cooperate with other technicians to carry out staff dormitory maintenance, guest room maintenance, public area maintenance, equipment maintenance and other work. nspect the condition regularly and carry out maintenance in time. to finish the task once receiving the maintenance request and report to superior when meets major problem
3.协助值班工程师设计预防性维修保养计划
assist the duty engineer with the design of a preventative maintenance program
4.若工作需要时，需要服从加班或换班的安排。班次不仅只有白班，也有上中班和夜班等其它班次
submit to overtime or shift change whenever necessary. not only the day shift, but also the middle and night shifts and other shifts
