Mise en Place and Food Preparation食品准备工作
To welcome and seat guest upon arrical at the table.迎宾及安排座位
To assist the guest in choosing his or her beverage and or good order from the menu. And try to upsell specials as specified by the kitchen and beverage items.帮助客人点单,选择食品和饮料并进行推销
Assist with receiving and storage of goods物品的接受与存库
Clean and maintain equipment and premises设备的清洁,保养和选定
Maintain hygienic standards and procedures保持卫生标准与程序
Assist with the preparation of functions and service协助预定的准备工作及服务
Assist with cellar operations协助酒库的操作
To make the guest feel welcome at all times, and ensure that the service offered is of the highest quality, and that service is prompt efficient but not overbearing,and that service is offered with a smile at all times.随时面带微笑,保证服务的快捷,有效以确保客人感到舒适。
Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including:准备工作包括以下:
oCleaning of equipment 设备的保结

oTo take the food or beverage order from the guest ,ensureing that the order is accurate and has been double checked.保证点单正确并进行重复检查。
oPreparing service equipment and materials服务设备,服务物品的准备
oAssisting with table preparation餐桌的准备工作
oTo serve any requested food or beverage item that is available, as per the service policy.根据服务规定准备好所需的食品和饮料
Mini Bar duties including:水吧包括:
oFilling mini-bar trolleys酒水车的填补
oChecking used stock against issued stock检查存货量
oReplacement of stock in accordance with mini-bar procedure更换填补水吧的酒水
oRecording of replacement of stock根据货品存货进行补充
oBilling procedures in line with hotel policy依据饭店结帐程序
oOrdering of mini-bar items水吧点单
oStoring of mini-bar items水吧库存
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships有效的建立和保持员工间的良好关系
•Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled员工根据时间安排参加会议
