中国福建东山县华昌食品有限公司创建于1997年，位于厦门和汕头两个经济特区之间的海峡西岸水产品集散基地--东山海洋生物科技园区。现已形成集研发、加工、出口于一体的现代化企业。
公司员工1500余人，建立实施符合国际规范的食品安全卫生管理体系，严格执行GMP、SSOP程序。通过欧盟、HACCP、BRC、HALAL等认证。现有巴氏杀菌蟹肉罐头生产线、鲍鱼罐头生产线、瑶柱丝罐头生产线、冻煮鲍鱼（肉）生产线及精加工水产品生产线；且拥有自主研发中心、检测检验中心、冷链仓储物流。
公司厂区占地面积6万平方米，建筑面积4万平方米，拥有200平方米低温速冻库、1000平方米的冷藏库、20000平方米符合出口欧美卫生标准生产车间及20000吨全自动二氧化碳冷库。

Our company covered an area of 60,000 square meters with construction area of 30,000 square meters, having cold temperature quick-freeze storage of 200 square meters, refrigeration storage of 1,000 square meters, a 20,000 square meters processing workshop meets hygienic standards for Europe and America export foodstuff and 20,000 tons of carbon dioxide cold storage. Proprietary brand “EASTERN COVE”and “Green island Huachang” brand, including refrigerated canned pasteurized crabmeat, frozen pasteurized crabmeat, canned abalone, canned scallop shredded, frozen-boiled abalone (meat), frozen crab claw (meat) etc. series aquatic products.
