1.deliverfood and beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmentalstandards and procedures.
2.communicatesto his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevantinformation.
3.attendsand participates in training sessions as scheduled.
4.takeappropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
5.food andbeverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures.
1.按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
2.与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
3.参加和参与计划好的培训课程。
4.正确处理客人的投诉。
5.按照酒店的规定存储餐饮存货。
